Why We're Running
Dear Fairfielders,
It has been my honor and privilege to serve as your First Selectwoman. Four years ago, I made a commitment to our community that we were going to put the residents and small businesses of Fairfield first, end the culture of corruption, and make the changes needed to deliver new results. Together with Brian Farnen as Selectman, we look forward to building an even stronger future for Fairfield.
Today, businesses are thriving and new ones are opening. We improved services for our seniors, invested in education and public safety, and we're just getting started!
We will tackle our town’s problems with a bipartisan approach and common-sense solutions rooted in a more efficient, open and transparent government.
Our commitment to community over the past four years:
-
Maintained stable tax rates
-
Invested in public safety and infrastructure
-
Increased investment in our neighborhood schools
-
Expanded tax relief and programming for our seniors
-
Recognized as one of the leading five towns in sustainability
-
Reformed town operations to improve access, accountability, and communication
Leadership isn’t just about making decisions for today, it’s about making bold choices for the future. It's an honor to serve the people of Fairfield, we look forward to building on the progress we've made over the last four years.
Sincerely,
Brenda L. Kupchick & Brian Farnen
Our Commitment to Community
Eased the local tax burden on residents

Served our Seniors
